Return Policy

• Simply fill out the Return Form enclosed in your parcel & send it back with your items within 30 days of delivery.
• Take the parcel to a local post office or courier and pay for the postage. Goodnight Macaroon is not responsible for the shipping fee of a return parcel, and does not provide return labels. 
• We accept returns of eligible items for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• For orders that has enjoyed free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of US$20 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to refund to your original form of payment. 
• Any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.
• All shoes and bags returned can only be refunded in the form of store credit as they are made to order.
• You can return anything, except for swimwear for hygiene reasons, accessories (scarves included) and final-sale items (clearance sale items included).
• Shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Refund or store credit will be issued within 7 days once delivered to us.
